WASHINGTON DC—Rev. Isaiah Green, Jr. and his Civil Rights Group, Equal Treatment Now, Inc., which has supported Bridget M. Long since 2023 in her Civil Rights Employment Discrimination Retaliation Claim case, has gotten approval to move forward with the case at the Appellate Court in Richmond Virginia. Rev. Green conveyed his concerns regarding corrupt conduct that is continuously being perpetrated by Federal District Court personnel, including some clerks, to President Trump’s Oversight Committee Personnel in a July 14th meeting. Green pointed out that Ms. Long’s case had unlawfully been removed from the US Supreme Court Calendar by then US Federal Middle District Court Judge William L. Osteen, Jr.
The Oversight Committee Personnel’s 30-minute meeting didn’t go well in the beginning, because the idea was advanced that the Oversight Committee Chair was responsible only for the constituents from his state. However, Rev. Green pointed out that idea was incorrect under the law, and that the Oversight Committee Chair is obligated to all the citizens of the United States with concerns that impact their livelihoods.
Rev. Green went on to say, “I believe it was understood plainly in the meeting that the Trump Administration address the right now concerns of Black and Brown Taxpaying Citizens that need immediate redress for racial harmony in this country, and to make available the necessities that White People enjoy, and Black and Brown People are deprived of by law.” When Green established this truth during the meeting, the Oversight Committee spokesperson came to the conclusion that the Trump Administration responsibilities did impact the lives of all Americans.
Rev. Green said the case was previously scheduled for trial as early as April 6, 2015, while President Barack Obama and Joseph R. Biden were in the White House. According to Rev. Green, this case has taken a toll on Ms. Long’s health. He went on to say, “God would not fail her, and she is still breathing the breath of life in the midst of all of it.”
