Our triangle community was gifted insight and direction by Syrena N. Williams, Olalah Njenga, and Pinnacle Financial Partners on Friday, July 26th. Women, Money, and Leadership was an informative workshop full of gems and resources for mostly women in business, also the one gentleman who joined us and shared inspiring feedback. The workshop began with the question, “What would better look like for you?” Keywords that continued to circle the space included culture, vision, communication, and consistency.
“With attendees aged 20-something to 70-something, and from one year in business to over 30 years, you all had one thing in common – you were there to level up your leadership game. The Pinnacle Financial Partners team powered the dreams of The One Experience™, and The One Experience™ powered the dreams of Women Money & Leadership™. Partnership matters. Dreams matter.” Olalah, one of the event producers, shared in a follow-up email.
What spoke to me were the tips on time management. There were a lot of contextual examples of success from which to take tips and inspiration. We were encouraged to be relevant, memorable, and above all ready.
Several speakers shared their insights, including Sharon A. Hill. A well-known author and speaker, Sharon demonstrated her captivating speaking skills and inspired us with tips and ideas on how to share messages and stories effectively. You can find more information at SharonHillInternational.com. The next speaker, Emily Parks, is the founder of Organize for Success®. Doubled down on planning and shared her best practices and resources. Her explanation of the popular 52 - 17 principle energized the room to try new tactics to elevate our focus. You can find more insight about Emily at Organizeforsuccess.com.
