2026 Women’s Leadership Conference

The Greater Raleigh Chamber's 13th annual Women's Leadership Conference returned to the Raleigh Convention Center on March 17, bringing together more than 1,000 executives, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders under this year's theme: Amplify Your Influence.

Throughout the day, attendees heard the stories of women who have expanded their reach, accelerated progress, and created meaningful pathways for others — and left equipped to write the next chapter of their own.

The 2026 conference theme celebrates women who are elevating leadership, driving innovation, and transforming industries. Headlining the conference was Ali Ingersoll, a globally recognized keynote speaker, Ms. Wheelchair America, corporate consultant, and health equity advocate. Known for her sharp wit, applied neuroscience, and unforgettable storytelling, Ali has advised Fortune 500 organizations and influenced landmark Medicare policy change. Her keynote, The Art of Moving Forward, equipped leaders with the mindset and tools to amplify their influence and embrace what's next even when the path is not clear.

The day also features eight dynamic breakout sessions covering resilience, authentic presence, financial impact, tech fluency, networking, and career momentum to give every attendee practical tools they can put to work immediately. From emerging professionals to established executives, attendees will leave with the strategies and motivation to amplify their influence within their organization and community.
