The Carolinian is the largest African-American newspaper in North Carolina. Our circulation covers 2/3 of the state, which is the most dense African-American population in NC, and our digital reach is nationwide. In addition to spanning the state, we also span generations of readers. Come join the Raleigh Youth Council at Roberts Park Community Center to enjoy art and craft activities, festive music and games. In addition, each participant will receive a toy for participating (while supplies last). This event is for ages birth to 12. Children must be present to receive a gift.
