The Biden White House has decided they would rather be woke than relevant. Their latest series of moves makes it increasingly apparent that they are attempting to dismantle American norms, traditions, and values.
Liberals are deliberately trying to radically change this country, and if we aren’t careful, we will not recognize America and the freedoms we once had. Liberals want us to cede all our power and freedoms to the federal government, who will in turn control every aspect of our lives. Think about it: the Democrats are trying to control your health and medical choices, how much of your money you can keep, and how much generational wealth can be passed down. Democrats are focused on controlling your children in terms of where they go to school and now even want to control what they are taught.
We need to pay attention to how dangerous critical race theory is for young Black children who have grown up in an America much better than their ancestors, with access to more opportunities to learn, grow and live in a society where they have more rights than at any other time in history. But Critical Race Theory wants them to believe they are still oppressed in an America that is irredeemable from a past founded on racism that lingers today. It’s false, but that is what they want our children to believe, so they can be radicalized into liberalism early.
Critical race theory is a divisive theory built on the intellectual framework of identity-based Marxism, which teaches that racism is embedded in American society. We must reject all efforts to make communism, Marxism, and socialism cool, fun, or desirable. The reason millions flee socialist regimes for the capitalism, freedom and opportunity in the United States of America is the fact that we have long rejected those horrible, unworkable theories. But this administration is focused on undoing any attempt to preserve our values. On his first day in office, Biden rescinded President Trump’s executive order banning critical race theory training in the federal government.
The current Department of Education wants to prioritize grant money for teaching critical race theory , citing the work of the 1619 Project and far-left radical Ibram X. Kendi. The Biden-Harris White House cancelled Dr. Seuss from Read Across America Day after the celebrated children’s author was criticized by left-wing radicals. That hypocritical move was all about politics. Why? Because Vice President Kamala Harris celebrated Dr. Seuss’s birthday just 4 years ago and had no problem doing so publicly.
Faith is under fire when you have an administration that is not standing up for our churches to have the right to safely assemble during the pandemic. The Biden-Harris administration even went so far as to remove the word “God” in Biden’s first National Day of Prayer proclamation. One might also think that he would mention Jesus during his Easter remarks, but I guess talking about Jesus is too much to ask for around a holiday that celebrates Jesus’ resurrection.
The Biden administration wants to change how we view women by supporting transgendered men competing against women in athletics just because they chose to identify as a woman. Now, “mothers” are no longer unique to women under this administration. They have been replaced with the term “birthing people,” with this ridiculous idea actually showing up in Biden’s proposed budget at least twice.
The Biden White House wants to get on the bandwagon that the filibuster is racist and a relic of the Jim Crow because that is what the woke mob wants us to believe. Biden recently traveled to Ohio for a townhall and showed how disingenuous his wokeness really is when pressed about the issue.
Don Lemon said to President Biden, “If you — you agree with the former president. He has called — as you called him, your old boss, that it’s a relic of Jim Crow,” to which Biden replied, “it is.” Then Lemon says, “If it’s a relic of Jim Crow, it’s been used to fight against civil rights legislation historically, why protect it?” Here was the time where the woke acceptance should have gone away if he really believed this false narrative. But no, he revealed he doesn’t, stating: “There’s no reason to protect it other than you’re going to throw the entire Congress into chaos, and nothing will get done.”
Biden will follow the radical Democrats by saying the filibuster is bad and racist, but he won’t back getting rid of it because he knows it isn’t. Keep in mind that Senate Democrats recently used the filibuster to block Senator Tim Scott’s JUSTICE Act that was in response to the death of George Floyd. But again, for the Left, it is not about being relevant, or right or factual or smart. It is about being woke — or giving the appearance of being woke — to pander for votes.
