Pastor Dozier’s outreach activities include serving at: \n\nCA Dillon Youth Development Center\nThe South Wilmington Street Men’s Shelter\nThe Rites of Passage Mentoring Program in Durham\n\nPastor Dozier was ordained at Word of Faith Deliverance Ministry Inc\, in 2002. He is a Graduate of Victory International College of Theology where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology. \nPastor Dozier’s Pastoral experience includes 5 years as Senior Pastor and 10 years as Youth Pastor at Peace Chapel of  Deliverance in Garner\, NC.  \nPastor Dozier and his wife Acquelin have been married for over 32 years and they have two loving sons\, Walter Sinclair and William Chancellor. \nPastor Dozier’s first Service will be on Sunday\, September 3\, 2023\, as he leads our 11 am worship. \nPastor Dozier’s installation service is scheduled for Sunday\,  \nOctober 15\, 2023 at 5 pm.  \nPlease join us as we celebrate this new season in the life of Bethlehem Baptist Church.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for the African American Town Hall Meeting on Sep 9\, 2023\, at 2:00 PM UTC\, where we’ll discuss important issues. \nKCSSU is planning a town hall meeting focused on institutional racism. We would like to invite the general public to come out and discuss with the panel and other community members. Our goal is to help foster a collaborative effort amongst local government\, non-profits\, churches\, and the community to dismantle institutional racism. This town hall will have a solution-based orientation with a focus on equity\, and restorative justice. We were very encouraged to learn about the city of Raleigh acknowledging its enforcement of and benefit from slavery\, segregation and “urban renewal” programs that destroyed Black communities in the city.

This is a community fundraising event to promote the expansion of the Dream Upward Foundation\, a non-profit organization whose mission and vision are to inspire others to continue to pursue their dreams. \nWhat is the Dream Upward Foundation and why should I support it? I’m glad you asked! \nThe Dream Upward Foundation was born from the acclaimed BECOME H.E.R. Speaker’s series\, a half-day event that was designed to empower\, encourage\, and educate women seeking to find the unique balance between love (whether it be through relationships or marriage)\, leadership roles\, and motherhood while cultivating a holistic wellness agenda. The purpose of the series was to allow women (and men) of all nationalities and backgrounds to collaborate with other like-minded professionals while cultivating long-lasting bonds with one another and gain a community of support as they navigated through challenging situations. \nThe new face of our brand will maintain the same vision but with a greater footprint that will allow us to serve underserved\, indigent populations\, and marginalized communities by providing resources to help them conquer challenges in their everyday lives. \nHave you ever attended a BECOME Speaker’s Series event?
