Individuals with PD often face daily challenges\, including muscle stiffness\, tremors\, and balance issues\, which can significantly impact their quality of life. While there is no cure for PD\, research has shown that regular exercise can help manage symptoms and improve overall well-being. Specifically\, cycling can reduce PD symptoms by up to 35%.  \nOur Solution- Aktivate Fitness Rock Steady Boxing is committed to providing accessible and effective fitness programs tailored specifically for individuals with PD. Adding the “Pedaling for Parkinson’s” program combines the benefits of cycling with targeted exercises designed to address the motor symptoms associated with PD.
