We make a real difference in our community. Our core focus area supporting those in need are the visually and hearing impaired\, diabetes\, youth\, and local community. \nWhat are our members like? \nOur membership comprises people of all walks of life and very diverse backgrounds united with a common goal of being ready to serve the citizens of Wendell and Wake County. We are dedicated men and women who make a difference. All members strongly believe that by assisting those less fortunate in our community we make a dramatic impact on the future. Through our members’ efforts\, every dollar raised by the Wendell Lions Club directly benefits the worthwhile programs that we support. \nWe would like to increase our membership and would like to encourage younger men and women to consider serving in a service organization.
